Sales of single-family, re-sale homes in San Diego County dropped in April.
The average sales price for single-family, re-sale homes dropped from the high set in March. It was up 2.7% year-over-year.
The median sales price for single-family, re-sale homes maintained a high set in March of $670,000. It was up 4.7% year-over-year. That is the seventh month in a row the median sales price has been higher than the year before.
Inventory was flat year-over-year. As of the 10th of May, there were 2,614 homes for sale, compared to an average of 7,739. Days of Inventory now stands at fifty-two.
